Wedding Speeches - what to say!
If you are invited to a wedding and you are not the groom or bride, but you are still an important guest, you should be prepared to do a wedding speech.

Most of the weddings will be taped, so if you want to look good when the family will view the tape over and over again, you should prepare a well delivered speech.

If you are having a wedding speech, you should know that this it is recommended to last between two and four minutes.

It is a great art to expose your ideas in a short time, without boring someone and even being able to impress them by only holding a speech of two to four minutes. It is better to prepare your speech few weeks before the wedding, so you have time to improve your speech and maybe some lightning ideas will come even without wanting on during these few weeks before the wedding.

Your speech needs to be harmonious and needs to begin with an introduction and end with a closing idea. Some people even make a little story during the speech or, you could as well make a little joke.

The guests need to understand your speech even if they don’t personally know you, so be careful to make a clean speech, without any supposition being required from the guests.

Another important side of this problem is not to get up and say you aren’t good in giving speeches of that this is your first speech. No one cares about that. You were chosen to give a speech, so you must give one, not apologize.

Of course, you must understand that if you present a wedding speech, you will not be the most important piece of the wedding. The groom and bride are. But even if it will not make you a star, can certainly make you look like a fool.

So, be careful when you deliver your speech because not only you will present a speech at that wedding but you will also be taped.
